Refund Eligibility for Adx Approval Service:
Case 1: Refund Policy (If ADX Approval Is Not Provided)
If we are unable to provide you with an invitation mail from the parent publisher (i.e., ADX approval), we will process a 98% refund of your payment. Please note that the remaining 5% will be deducted as a payment gateway processing fee.
Case 2: No Refund Policy (If ADX Approval Is Provided)
Once you receive the ADX approval or invitation email from the parent publisher, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
Refund Eligibility for Website Development:
We strive to provide quality services to our clients. However, if our team members have not started working on your project, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
The advance payment becomes non-refundable once our team members have commenced work on your project.
- Completion of Work: If our team members have started working on your project and you choose to discontinue the service, the advance payment becomes non-refundable. You can pay the remaining 50% of the payment and receive the completed work as agreed upon.
- No Refund for Completed Work: Once the work is completed and delivered to you, no refunds will be issued for any services rendered.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our designated contact details provided in this Privacy Policy. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If eligible, refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. If you are eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy, we will initiate the refund process promptly. If approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Refund amount: If you are eligible for a refund, we will deduct 5% from the amount you paid to cover the payment gateway fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Eligibility for Themes & Plugins:
- No Refund After Delivery:
Once the digital product (theme or plugin) has been successfully delivered or downloaded, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Refund in Case of Non-Delivery:
If we fail to deliver the product, you are eligible for a 98% refund of your payment. The remaining 5% will be deducted to cover payment gateway processing fees.
Refund Policy for Other Services
For all other services provided by SH Digitals, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All payments made for these services are final and non-refundable
Shdigitals reserves the right to modify our Payment Policy occasionally without giving any prior notice to the customers. So, make sure that you are well aware of the changes.
